From McKinney/Dallas: Take Hwy 75 North to the Van Alstyne Exit (16 miles). Turn right (east) on FM 121, go about 8 miles to Hwy 2729 and turn left. Go 2 miles and turn right on Rose Hill Road. Stay to your left. Go 2 miles, it's on the left.
Follow the signs marked "Beanstock".
